Who We Are

Equity in the Valley LLC., Founded by Ramses Mayorga, an experienced consultant in youth development, educational reform and community empowerment, is dedicated to transforming educational environments by empowering faculty, parents, and students to foster a culture of belonging. We utilize strength-based approaches to increase student engagement, reduce behavioral issues, and dismantle systemic barriers facing BIPOC and other marginalized groups.

Our goal is to enlighten, engage, and equip every member of the community to actively participate in creating a discrimination-free environment that addresses the root causes of inequity.
